As a Seventh-day Adventist Christian community of faith these are the major points of what we believe:

  • We believe God the eternal creator is revealed in partially in nature, fully in the Bible, and most completely in his Son, Jesus Christ
  • We believe Jesus of Nazareth is the fully human, fully divine Son of God
  • We believe salvation is received by grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ
  • We believe the Bible is the enduring and inspired Word of God which unfailingly shows us the way of salvation
  • We believe Christians are saved from sin and for acts of love to God and service to others, lived out in a life of growing faithfulness to Jesus Christ
  • We believe the seventh-day of the week was set aside at creation as holy time, and continues to be a time to focus on worship, communion with God and others, and service
  • We believe that the God who entrusts us with his gifts is the owner of all and that, therefore, all we have is to be used for him by the giving of our time, talents and treasure to him and to others
  • We believe history is moving toward the eternal kingdom of God, to be set up finally and fully at the time of the literal second coming of Jesus Christ
